I have been posting on the "What am I Grateful for" thread on FG. So I changed my resolution to think about what I need to be thankful for that day. I believe it will change me as long as I keep my mind clear for a few moments and thank God for what he has giving us for that day.
I take things for granted, and so I loose gratitude and I begin to have a attitude!

As 2015 draws to a close, I just want to announce a couple of changes that will take effect in 2016.
1. Beginning Jan 1, entries submitted by mail must be paid with a Bank/ Cashiers Check or a Money Order . Personal Checks are no longer accepted (because of the actions of some irresponsible people who put stop payments on checks when we submitted them for payment)
This only applies to the RPS Meets run by Ame & I Not all RPS meets!! We will leave the decision whether they will or will not accept personal checks up to each Individual Meet Director. Please check with them prior to submitting your entry.

My accomplishments include RUM, February, Deland, Florida 2210 total in wraps. Pulled off my weight class win along with the heavyweight division by coefficient with 914/485/810. Battle of the Mississippi, November Dubuque, Iowa 2221 total in wraps. After my 881 2nd attempt I went for broke and nailed a 931 squat followed by a 474 bench and a 815 pull. War of the Demi-gods December Peoria, Illinois 2154 wrap less. 854 was a huge PR for me, but my wrap-less training was never consistent. Later I managed a 496 bench and 804 pull. First time going 8 for 8 on the platform at this meet.

Swede - Well, I guess I should start with accomplishments.
I published my methodology, 5thSet for Powerlifting, which was met with critical acclaim and has since seen widespread use and success. I am beyond grateful to everyone who has adopted the system and so openly shared their achievements using it.
Writing the book and making my method accessible to such a vast audience is possibly my greatest personal accomplishment. That last part would not have been possible without the support of Dave and Traci Tate and the whole Elitefts family.

Drug tested lifter Dennis Cornelius has not shied away from any meet no matter the fed and test protocol! He has lifted in NASA, AAU and USA Powerlifting just to name a few. Now this powerhouse has reached a milestone in breaking a legendary lifter's total record, Konstantine Konstantinovs! Many do not realize that KK's 2,171 total at 275 raw was done in a drug tested contest. Never the less, Dennis has now reached the pinnacle of the tested 275 class! At the AAU Christmas meet in Tulsa OK, he made lifts of 825 squat, 555 bench press and pulled 795 to finish with a 2,175 total at 266!

Moose Jaw's Rhaea Stinn had a spectacular day last week at the Commonwealth Powerlifting Championships in Richmond, B.C., setting a new Open Classic World Record.
The local powerlifter had planned on attempting the world record squat at two previous events, but an injury prevented that from happening. With no injuries this time around, Stinn was able to accomplish her goal, completing the 187-kilogram squat to set the mark.

What an astonishing performance from Chakera in her very first powerlifting meet!!! Weighing in at 181 pounds she made a 501 pound number two ranked squat in the current raw w/wraps rankings. She benched 303 to ranked 2nd on bodyweight and she pulled 523 for another 2nd ranked lift. She made these lifts at the SPF Merry Gainzmas meet in Texas.
