Affiliated since 2007; we were the first established CrossFit box in Frederick County, Maryland. We are currently looking to hire additional Crossfit Instructor(s) to coach both our W.O.D. and expand our CrossFit Kids Program. We have approximately 200+ members in a 7,040 sq ft facility with unlimited potential for growth.
We are recruiting Coaches (level 1 or higher) for CrossFit Frederick. The qualities this Coach must demonstrate includes a strong understanding of group dynamics while teaching to all ability levels with our clients.
The coach would be needed for 2 -4 hours blocks of coaching.
The earliest block being M-F 5am to 7am, 8am to 10am, 10am to 1pm and 5pm to 8pm as well as weekend hours 7am to 10am
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
• Must hold a current CrossFit Level I Trainer Certificate
• Must be CPR/AED certified
• Olympic Lifting Certification is a plus
• Crossfit Kids Trainer Certificate is a plus
