This week, all time record holder Jeremy Hoornstra demonstrates close grip benching and rows. Rows are important for the bench press because what stabilizes the bench press are dorsal muscles that can be worked with these exercises. Robert Wilkerson demonstrates resisted Spoto Presses (with bands). These exercises emphasize control over different phases of the bench press.
